Description: Civilcraft was engaged by Goodman Property Services to undertake the construction of a new pavement hardstand area within an existing live site of one of their current tenants – TNT Logistics.

The new hardstand area would cater for increased storage and logistic requirements.

Summary of Works:

• Relocation/ diversion of existing power and telecommunications services
• Removal of landscaping and vegetation
• Excavation, demolition and removal of unsuitable material.
• Construction of lean mix concrete subbase layer
• Construction of concrete pavement using High Early Strength 40MPa concrete.
• Installation of 2.4m high black spear top fencing
• Installation of new signs
• Pavement linemarking
