Management System

Civilcraft incorporates an Integrated Management System (IMS) that combines all of our organisations systems and processes in one complete framework which is our key project and risk management tool.

The implementation of the IMS has allowed Civilcraft to maintain Third Party certification with Global-Mark for the following:

The IMS has also allowed Civilcraft to achieve accreditation and prequalification with other recognised government bodies such as:

  • The Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC)
  •  Road and Maritime Services (RMS) for Civil (Road) Construction Contracts (R2) for Financial Level (F5)
  • NSW Government for General Construction Scheme No SCM0256  for works valued up to $1M
  • Scheme No SCM 1461 for works between $1M and $10M
