Rocky is a motivational leader who brings over 30 years of civil engineering experience, industry knowledge and operational management to the Civilcraft team. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), University of Technology, Sydney. Starting his career as a site engineer, Rocky built his engineering, technical, operational and people management skills through his positions as Project Manager and Construction Manager. Rocky applies his natural abilities as a team builder, mentor, strategiser and great communicator to lead the management and performance of each part of the business.

Michael’s senior experience in construction allows him to oversee and deliver multi-million-dollar civil engineering projects. He has vast experience in earthworks, rigid and heavy-duty pavements, roads, stormwater drainage and structural concrete works for government and private sector clients. Michael’s strength is his calmness under pressure and his focus in collaborating with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Theo holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from the University of Technology and has over 22 years of experience in project management, tendering, and management systems. He is known for his meticulous and disciplined approach to delivering successful projects through methodical work, and his reputation for excellence precedes him. Theo’s background combined with his vision and purpose to drive the organisation and adapt to ever-changing dynamics and growth of the business, make him an invaluable member of the Civilcraft Team.

Peter has a proven record of success with his experience in overseeing all phases of multi-million-dollar construction, infrastructure, and environmental projects for government and private-sector clients. His strengths include managing all aspects of multiple complex projects, time critical projects, D&C projects and a variety of construction/ demolition projects. Peter has a strong background in design undertaking senior project roles with the Roads/ Maritime Services and airfield pavement works.

Mark is highly focused with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various disciplines such as operations, technical services, asset and property management. Mark has a consistent track record of successfully employing best business practices that improve efficiency, reduce operating costs while increasing productivity.

Nick is a highly skilled civil engineer with a wealth of experience and skills that make him an excellent project manager. His ability to manage complex and time-critical projects is a testament to his 10 years’ experience in the industry, and his commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality is highly commendable. Effective communication and collaboration are crucial elements of any successful project, and Nick’s focus on ensuring that everyone involved in a project is aligned and working toward the same goals is a key factor in his success. His dedication and tireless work ethic are also essential qualities that contribute to his ability to manage projects effectively.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Honours and Bachelor of Project Management, Leon is an experienced civil project engineer and estimator. Applying the skills and knowledge he gained managing complex projects, Leon excels at preparing detailed pricing, staging processes and tender submissions that distinguish Civilcraft’s proposed works and methodologies from our competitors. Following a successful bid, Leon is responsible for briefing the Project Manager and team responsible for the construction of the works to ensure that what has been promised, will be delivered.

Vicki is a highly capable and efficient administrator with a broad range of skills and abilities. Her responsibility for the planning and coordination of administrative procedures, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll management, demonstrates that she has a strong understanding of the financial side of business operations. Her excellent organisational and multitasking abilities are crucial qualities for anyone in an administrative role, and her ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time is highly valuable.
