It’s #RUOKDay2022 and the message this year is: Ask R U OK? No qualifications needed.
This year’s theme was a great reminder that it’s really OK for all of us to ask R U OK – not just today, but any day.
At Civilcraft, every employee is part of our family, so we took the opportunity to get the team team to together and check in with our teammates, friends and family.
The nature of our work means we can’t always be together in one place, but the wonders of technology meant that we could all take part via a live stream.
This year’s theme will be one that we will continue throughout the year via our regular Toolbox Talks so that we can continue to create and build a culture of mental health safety.
